Havila Integrated Car Care offers a range of auto care and personal grooming services, including but not limited to:

- Pick-up and drop-off services
Our goal is to deliver high-quality service; however, certain conditions may impact service availability, pricing, and scheduling.
2. Service Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market conditions, material costs, or changes in service offerings.
- Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Deposits: For extensive services (e.g., full detailing, ceramic coating, body repairs), a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Booking: Clients are encouraged to book services in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
- Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- No-Shows: Failure to cancel or reschedule without notice may result in a no-show fee.
4. Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used toward any service offered at Havila Integrated Car Care and are non-refundable. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, and the card cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance is forfeited upon expiration.
5. Liability and Damages
We take utmost care when servicing each vehicle, but Havila Integrated Car Care is not liable for the following:
- Pre-existing Damage: Havila Integrated Car Care will not be held responsible for damage that was pre-existing before the service.
- Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for securing or removing personal belongings from their vehicles. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles.
- Service-Specific Limitations: Our services are performed with industry-standard equipment, but factors like vehicle age, wear, and previous damage may limit the effectiveness of some services.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our work; however, warranties on specific services (like detailing, repairs, and paint protection) are available only when expressly stated. Guarantees may not apply if improper care or external damage occurs post-service.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during bookings or transactions will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your data to third parties without your consent, except as necessary to complete a service or comply with legal obligations.
8. Modification of Services and Terms
Havila Integrated Car Care reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at our discretion. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled in the Kenyan legal system.
